A tiny but mighty bakery cafe in one of Escalante's Piooner brick homes in the heart of Main Street (Hwy. 12). Great stop for breakfast while Mimi's makes you a Hiker's Sandwich especially made to pop into the backpack for a day of exploration, fishing, biking or hiking.
